Enquiries and contact details

When you contact MJF Group, we use the name, phone number or email address, job location and project information you provide to respond, prepare a quote and arrange agreed work. Please include only information relevant to your enquiry. This website does not accept file uploads.

Online enquiries are delivered by email to MJF’s nominated enquiry recipient through our hosting email service. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. If delivery cannot be confirmed, the website displays an error and provides phone and email alternatives.

Storage and security

The website uses a temporary session to protect the form and retain entered details if you need to correct an error. It stores a delivery reference, time and status to prevent duplicate submissions; it does not keep a separate archive of your contact details or job description. Temporary request limits use a hashed network address to help reduce spam. The hosting provider may also keep security and access logs.

Enquiries received by email become part of our business correspondence. We keep correspondence as needed to respond, provide services and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us if you have questions about information we hold or would like to request access, correction or deletion.

Cookies and optional analytics

An essential session cookie supports the enquiry form. Your analytics choice is saved in your browser. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, phone and email link clicks, and successfully submitted online enquiries. Link clicks do not tell us whether a call or email was completed.

Analytics may use cookies and collect browser, device and approximate location information. We do not send the name, email, phone number, job description or form contents you enter to Google Analytics. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. You can decline analytics and still use the website and enquiry form.

Service providers and external links

Our hosting and email providers process information needed to run the website and deliver enquiries. Google provides optional analytics, our email providers process enquiry correspondence, and jsDelivr supplies the website’s styling library. These services may process information outside Australia. The styling library is requested when a page loads and its provider receives ordinary connection information, such as your network address.

Facebook and Google review links take you to those services, which have their own privacy practices. See Google’s privacy policy for more about Google’s processing.
